The Organizations

While we don't have the number of programs as some northern cities, we still have choices.  Joining one organization does not marry you to them for life.  Each family must find the program and coaching style/staff that works for them.  Each environment and locker-room is different regardless if you are just starting out or a travel vet. If your child chooses to pursue travel hockey one must take into account that you and your child will be locked with those coaches, players, and families for 7 months. We are not here to say one program tops the others.  Don't rely on word of mouth alone.  Take the time to visit the organizations not for the facilities, but for the coaches and networking with families.
